Wow, one month
into Purvis AgriFinance and so much has happened. Not least of which are the two 0.5% cash rates rises by the RBA. You could be forgiven for thinking that your variable rates have increased by 1% as a result. It is quite possible though, that they have gone up by more than that.
Fixed rates have declined over the last month and are more representative of the proposed cash rate (3%). If you haven't reviewed recently, it might be worth another look. Call me.
I had the opportunity to present to the
Clare Valley Grape Growers Next Crop group and at the Farmer John's Grower Breakfast in Nuriootpa. I also presented a Toolbox Talk at the Thriving Women Conference in Hahndorf. I really enjoy the opportunity to share some insights into agribusiness finance with others.
Tony Catt from Catapult Wealth interviewed me for his "Pass the Baton" podcast. If you are in the process or thinking about succession planning in your business, this podcast has some great information from a number of agribusiness consultants.
